Meet The Cleaner Before The Clean
Ashley
Hey! I’m Ashley, 31 years old and I was born and raised on Cape Cod, Mass where I first found my touch for cleaning. I moved to Maine and started a family here 6 years ago now. While finding my way here, I increased my aptitude by experiencing and performing all types of cleaning. This grew my confidence that one day I’ll create and run my own business. To achieve success, I needed to get my foot in the door of the cleaning world. First it was hotel-keeper position, then janitorial cleaning, office cleans, housekeeping, carpets and upholstery, all the way to the extreme-restoration, bio hazard clean ups, mold, soot, fire, sewer the list goes on…. I have seen and done it all. Trial and error is the best teacher to find what works and what doesn’t, so through all my trial and error days I proudly present you with Ashley Cleaning LLC established in 2022.

Leilani (Lay-Lani)
Leilani joined Ashley’s Cleaning about 7 month ago, Leilani is 18 years old and was born in Lawrence, Mass. Moved to Maine as a pre-teen 6 years ago. Leilani is soft spoken, respectful, sweet, and just an all-around pleasure to be around. Her smile could light a whole room. Leilani came to the team already having cleaning experience as her dad owns a company in Mass. Her skills in cleaning are very broad as I can put her in any space and she will complete all tasks as expected. She is a very reliable asset to the team.

Alex
Alex is 31 years old and a dad to 3 boys. He was born and raised here in Waterville. He is a strong asset to the team with his hard work and dedication to Ashley’s Cleaning. He is also a “think outside the box” person. Alex always looks for way to improve in any way to deliver the highest quality work. He has experience working with some bigger cleaning companies in the past and utilizes this knowledge to create a great customer experience. Alex’s strong suit is windows, upholstery, carpets and more. Alex is also very good with communicating to customers. He has recently started the meet and greet intros and is training in estimates. He is very punctual and professional.

Serenity
Serenity is a 23 year old beautiful mother to two boys. Serenity also moved to Maine 2 year ago from Haverhill, Mass. Serenity has been cleaning for Ashley's Cleaning for 5 months and we have been blessed to have her aboard. Serenity also came with professional cleaning experience as her step dad had cleaning company. Serenity gives great eye to detail and really excels in cleaning bathrooms that you could eat out of. Serenity has shown great dedication to Ashley's Cleaning which a huge reflection on who she is as a person.
